Ace Rental Cars offers a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to our branches for customers who are collecting or returning their hire car, our shuttle operates to domestic & international airport terminals. (This does not include all airports so please check with the location prior to booking)

Exit the Adelaide airport terminal
Cross plaza and follow signs to Bus Zone (behind taxis) where the shuttle will meet you.

Brisbane Airport

We offer a pick-up and drop-off service to our Brisbane airport branch for customers during operational hours serving Brisbane airport domestic & Brisbane airport international terminals, the final shuttle departs the location 30 minutes before closing daily

Exit the domestic terminal via skywalk following the signs for Bus Zone.
Make your way to the Ground floor of Bus Zone.
Wait in areas C1 and C2 and our Ace Rental Cars shuttle will collect you

Exit at Coach Departures door.
Follow ramp to main Coach & Shuttle bus area where our Ace Rental Cars shuttle will meet you.

Cairns Airport

CUSTOMERS ARRIVING AT AIRPORT No shuttle service is available at Hobart Airport however, only a 5-minute walk from the terminal. You can call the location on 1800 620 408

Exit the terminal building and follow the signs for the Pick Up/Drop Off area. Cross the road and head towards to the ACE Depot located on Gatty Street.

Gold Coast Airport

We offer a pick-up and drop-off service to our Gold Coast airport branch for customers during operational hours serving Gold Coast airport domestic & Gold Coast airport international terminals, the final shuttle departs the location 30 minutes before closing daily

Exit the Gold Coast airport terminal and turn left and pass international arrivals
Head towards the Transit/Shuttle Bus parking area (a semi-circle of parking bays)
Our Ace Rentals Cars shuttle will collect you from Bays 13/14 which is at the end of the semi-circle

Melbourne Airport

We offer a pick-up and drop-off service to our Melbourne airport branch for customers during operational hours serving Melbourne airport domestic & Melbourne airport international terminals, the final shuttle departs the location 30 minutes before closing daily

Exit the terminal building and cross two lanes of traffic until you reach the brown coloured ‘Hotel and Off Airport Parking’ shuttle bus collection lane
Please wait for the courtesy Ace shuttle. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection

Perth Airport

We offer a pick-up and drop-off service to our Perth airport branch for customers during operational hours serving Perth airport domestic & Perth airport international terminals, the final shuttle departs the location 30 minutes before closing daily

Vehicle Hire Collection at Perth International and Domestic Airport

Step 1: After collecting your luggage Call 1800 620 408 (+61 8 9479 5016) to arrange a collection.

Step 2: Exit the terminal building and follow the below instructions for you terminal.
- T1 Virgin - Head outside the main door and wait by the T1 domestic sign.
- T1 International - Head outside the main door and wait at bus stand L
- T2 Tiger Airways - Head outside and wait by stand A
- T3 and T4 - Head outside and go to the centre lane where the Rideshare sign is.
Step 3: Please wait for the courtesy Ace shuttle. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection.

Sydney Airport

We offer a pick-up and drop-off service to our Sydney airport branch for customers during operational hours serving Sydney airport domestic & Sydney airport international terminals, the final shuttle departs the location 30 minutes before closing daily

Vehicle Hire Collection at Sydney International Airport

Proceed outside the terminal turn right towards the shuttle pick up opposite the Rydges hotel and our shuttle will collect you here.

Vehicle Hire Collection at Sydney Domestic Terminal (Jetsar, Virgin, Rex etc)

Proceed outside the terminal and turn left same side of the road as the terminal follow it down the street to the bend in the road that moves to the right adjacent to the large set of stairs leading up to a bridge.
Wait next to them in the sign for T2 shuttles, bays 4-11 and our shuttle will collect you here.

Vehicle Hire Collection at Sydney Domestic Terminal (Qantas only)

Proceed outside the terminal turn right same side of the road as the terminal and follow the road into the left-hand bend and you walk directly into the shuttle pick up area our shuttle will collect you here.

Launceston Airport

We offer a pick-up and drop-off service to our Launceston airport branch for customers during operational hours serving Launceston airport domestic & Launceston airport international terminals, the final shuttle departs the location 30 minutes before closing daily
